Suggested Use

Adults take 2 capsules at once, daily, with or without food. If it’s your first time taking DS-01, start with 1 capsule daily for three days before moving to the full 2-capsule dose. May notice mild gastrointestinal discomfort initially, which typically resolves in 1-2 weeks.
